By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use our services. Accurate information is required for account registration; you are responsible for maintaining account security.

Services and Courses
We offer Japanese and international language courses, materials, and resources. Access may require payment; all fees are non-refundable except as stated. Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of specific outcomes.

User Conduct
– Do not misuse the Site, including uploading harmful content, infringing rights, or disrupting services.
– Respect intellectual property; course materials are for personal use only.

Payments and Refunds
Payments process securely via third-party providers. Refunds are limited to the first 7 days of enrollment for full courses, minus processing fees. No refunds for partial access or cancellations thereafter.

Intellectual Property
All Site content, including curricula and designs, is owned by us or licensors. Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial use during enrollment.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Upon termination, your right to use services ends immediately.

Limitation of Liability
Services provided “as is.” Liability limited to fees paid in the past 12 months. No liability for indirect damages or user-generated content.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes resolved in Nepali courts.
